Your Role

  • Basic understanding of REACH Regulation, different types of Dossiers and their purpose. Familiar with tools such as IUCLID, REACH-IT, and UK REACH.
  • Possesses foundational knowledge of global regulations: CLP, GHS, PDSCL, ISHL, PRTR, CSCL, FSL, and familiarity with EzCric and SBCT databases.
  • Interpreting data in SAP EHS, primarily under supervision, ensuring adherence to data standards.
  • Understands basic regulatory data in SAP and has a high-level understanding of the Japan screening process, while requiring direction for classification and chemical analysis tasks in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Works to develop competency and reliability in supporting regulatory data management functions.
  • Aware of the formatting, document creation, import and export of all MS Office tools like MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to identify and read relevant MANGO documents for corresponding processes, with an understanding of the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 and the ability to perform basic KPI reporting.
  • Assist in the Japan screening process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Conduct testing and validation of the SBCT tool to support effective data management.
  • Provide support for various projects to ensure timely completion and successful outcomes, while training new joiners on regulatory processes and tools to enhance team competency and assisting in process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency in compliance activities.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to compliance to ensure consistency and adherence to regulatory standards.

Who You Are

  • M.Sc. Chemistry (Organic Chemistry/ Analytical Chemistry is plus) or Masters in Life Science (Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology)
  • 1-3 Years of experience and Freshers are also welcomed.
  • REACH Regulations and SAP EHS is Good to have
  • Japanese Language is additional advantage.
