The Centre Head will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the training institute, including academic delivery, student enrolments, faculty management, business growth, and ensuring high-quality training standards. The role requires strong leadership, business development skills, and the ability to create an excellent student experience while achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations & Administration
  • Oversee day-to-day functioning of the institute.
  • Ensure smooth execution of academic sessions (online/offline).
  • Manage schedules, batches, faculty allocation, and student support.
  • Business Development & Admissions
  • Drive student enrolments to achieve monthly/annual targets.
  • Implement marketing campaigns, seminars, workshops, and events.
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, corporates, and industry partners.
  • Team Management
  • Lead, mentor, and manage faculty, counsellors, and support staff.
  • Conduct regular meetings and training sessions for the team.
  • Motivate staff to achieve individual and team performance goals.
  • Academic Quality & Student Satisfaction
  • Ensure high standards of teaching, training, and placements.
  • Address student feedback and resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor student performance, results, and progress.
  • Financial & Reporting
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and revenue targets of the centre.
  • Track performance metrics and share regular reports with management.
  • Optimize resource utilization for maximum efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
