**Job Requirements**:, - Perform end-to-end software testing based on scenarios and use cases.
- Handle reported issues, replicating bugs, identifying root causes, and coordinate for fixing the bugs
- Log and track issues using standardized tools
- Understand the requirement from user areas in detail and present it to development team.
- Coordinate with developers, product managers, and support teams to ensure timely resolution of bugs and enhancements.
- Develop and implement small-scale modules to improve software functionality or automate recurring tasks.
- Prepare and maintain test cases, user guides, and technical documentation.
- Monitor software performance and proactively identify potential problem areas.
- Provide basic technical support or guidance when required within the stipulated time.
- Report Generation and MIS Reports
