Experienced Senior Accountant with 7 years of expertise in financial management, bookkeeping, and accounting software, particularly Zoho Books. Proven track record in streamlining accounting processes, enhancing financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Zoho Books for the company's financial operations.
  • Train and support team members on functionality and best practices.
  • Help in customizing Zoho Books modules to fit the company's specific accounting needs.
  • Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes .
  • Ensure timely invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Resolve discrepancies and issues related to bank transactions.
  • Assist in internal and external audits by providing accurate financial data from Zoho Books.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle client accounts and ensure timely billing and collections.
  • Keep a track of balance in company accounts and transfer per instructions of the directors.
  • We have 6 days a work week days . Timing : 10:30 am to 7: 00 pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
