Role & responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for academic and non-academic positions.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified faculty and staff.
  • Coordinate interviews, selection processes, and background verification.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Maintain harmonious employee relations and address grievances in a timely and fair manner.

  • Handle disciplinary procedures as per institutional guidelines.
