Canada: Preparation of individual tax returns, capital gains, and departure tax calculations; manage compliance deadlines.

US: Support shadow payroll reporting, Preparation of US individual tax returns, Hypothetical tax (hypo tax) and tax equalization calculations in line with tax equalization policy.

Support compensation workbooks, equity/ bonus data, and ensure adherence to audit and compliance standards.

Manage queries through the Expat Tax mailbox and contribute to process improvements for US and Canada compliance activities.
