Assistant Manager-Transition

Purpose/Essence of the role: Manage and execute transition projects on schedule within budgets, with high CSAT in line with contractual obligations.Role & responsibilities Develop an understanding of the E2E Solution and value being proposed as part of the overall Solution.Draft the transition solution during the RFP and solution cycle in coordination with all the cross functional teams as per need.Deliver the Transition as per pre-defined timelines/milestones, leading to timely completion of all deliverables whilst managing resources, deadlines, and budgets.Establish project governance including all stakeholders and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation and presentations.Produce relevant reports accurately, at agreed frequency & in a timely manner to provide status updates on Transition to all stakeholders.Monitor the project/program ensuring all risks are captured & mitigations actions put in place and issues are resolved in a timely manner.Ensure comprehensive compliance of the transition methodology across all dimensions and processes.Continually analyze lessons learned and create recommendations to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.Identify areas of process improvement and new business opportunities within processPreferred candidate profile 6+ years of experience in Transition or Project Management with a leading BPM or IT Organization.>Experience in Migration, BPO Transition, International Transition. Not from IT Transition /domestic transition.>Domain - SnF, SnP, FnA, Banking & Customer Service.
