  • Actively participate as a hands-on project member in the implementation, rollout, and ongoing enhancement of solutions for HR (e.g. SAP HCM, SuccessFactors).
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into technical specifications within the BTP/CPI framework.
  • Develop, deploy, and maintain solutions such as SuccessFactors Extensions using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), ensuring they align with business requirements and technological best practices.
  • Design and implement seamless integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems using SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) and develop efficient iFlows.
