Job Summary:

We seek an experienced SAP HCM professional with a strong functional and technical understanding of the system, including PA, OM, TM, and Payroll. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in configuration, business process mapping, and data uploads using LSMW, BDC, or other tools.

Mandatory Skills:
  • Hands-on experience in SAP HCM modules – PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll.
  • Expertise in SAP HCM configuration and business process mapping.
  • Strong knowledge of HCM processes, legal compliance, and statutory requirements.
  • Ability to conduct gap analysis and process optimization.
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications in SAP HCM.
  • Configure and implement SAP HCM modules.
  • Handle end-to-end implementation, support, and maintenance of HCM processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and optimize HR business processes in SAP.

  • Experience with ESS/MSS, SAP FIORI for HCM, or SuccessFactors integration.
