Job Title: Water Purifier Service Technician

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Service Technician to join our AO Smith Water Purifier Service team. The technician will visit customer homes, perform installations, maintenance, and part replacements, and ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit customer locations to service AO Smith water purifiers.

  • Diagnose and replace faulty parts as required.

  • Address customer concerns courteously and maintain a high level of satisfaction.

  • Complete and close at least 6 service cases per day.

  • Submit daily service reports and updates to the supervisor.

  • Maintain company tools and parts inventory responsibly.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: 10th class pass (original certificate to be submitted for contract period).

  • Must possess a 2-wheeler license and have a personal bike for travel.

  • Should have good communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Must be punctual, disciplined, and customer service oriented.

Terms and Conditions

  • Contract Duration: 1 year.

  • Work Schedule: 6 days a week; 1 rotational weekly off.

  • Notice Period: 30 days mandatory notice before resignation; failing which, legal action may be taken.

  • Document Submission: 10th class original certificate to be deposited and safeguarded by the company during the contract period.
