Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle online leads and incoming calls, explain services, and convert them into clinic visits.
- Make outbound follow-up calls to leads until closure.
- Maintain data in CRM / Excel / Google Sheets.
- Assist at the front desk / reception, manage patient appointments and flow.
- Welcome walk-in patients, handle inquiries, and coordinate with audiologists.
- Support clinic operations and ensure a clean, organized, professional environment.
- Achieve monthly lead conversion and sales targets (high focus on follow-ups).
Required Skills
Strong communication (Hindi + basic English), persuasive selling, active listening, empathy, lead conversion with follow-ups, CRM/Excel, target-driven, disciplined and professional.)
Eligibility.
- Experience in telecalling / customer handling / sales / clinic reception preferred (not mandatory)
- Fresher with excellent communication skills may also apply
