Utkarsh Classes is looking for passionate, self-driven, and focused individuals who can take the education revolution to the next level.

**Job description**
- Calling & following up with potential students and parents. Understand Student's interests and expectations and pitch a suitable program.
- Must be comfortable making dozens of daily calls (70-100), generating interest, qualifying prospects, and making new admissions.
- Maintaining a detailed record of all the interactions.
- Prior experience in Customer Service / Call Center / Inbound Sales / Outbound Sales Telemarketing would be an added advantage. (Not Mandatory)
- Must be an excellent communicator (verbal and written) and have superior people skills, also comfortable presenting program details over the phone.
- Strong listening, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Enthusiastic, dedicated, self-motivated individual with a positive attitude.
- The ability to work in a team with high people orientation is a must
- Fair knowledge of MS Office software suite is desirable
- Must be fluent in English and Hindi.
