Job Summary:
The Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk operations of the office. This includes greeting visitors, handling phone calls, managing correspondence, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient office functioning. The role requires excellent communication, professionalism, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Visitor Management:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain visitor records.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls; take messages when required.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Administrative Support:
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors for replenishment.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and managing conference room bookings.
- Support HR and Admin teams with filing, scanning, and documentation.
Communication & Coordination:
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and pantry staff for smooth operations.
- Share important messages, memos, or updates with relevant staff.
Record Keeping:
- Keep records of couriers, deliveries, and front-office expenses.
- Prepare basic administrative or daily reports as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduation
- 1–3 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
