We are looking for a professional, well-spoken, and customer-friendly Female Receptionist to manage our front desk operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive first impression, handling calls, greeting visitors, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and enquiries.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure proper coordination with internal teams.
- Handle front desk duties including appointments, scheduling, and meeting room arrangements.
- Assist in basic administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and data entry.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Coordinate with HR, sales, and operations teams for daily office requirements.
- Support in office communications and daily administrative operations.
Requirements:
- Female candidate preferred.
- Minimum 0–2 years of relevant experience (freshers may also apply).
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and telephone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities efficiently.
