We are looking for a professional, well-spoken, and customer-friendly Female Receptionist to manage our front desk operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive first impression, handling calls, greeting visitors, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and enquiries.
  • Maintain visitor records and ensure proper coordination with internal teams.
  • Handle front desk duties including appointments, scheduling, and meeting room arrangements.
  • Assist in basic administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and data entry.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Coordinate with HR, sales, and operations teams for daily office requirements.
  • Support in office communications and daily administrative operations.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate preferred.
  • Minimum 0–2 years of relevant experience (freshers may also apply).
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities efficiently.
