Role Name: Brand Executive - Client ServicingSummary: As a member of the Account Service team, you are a one-part marketing expert and one-part relationship pioneer.

You are the engine that drives your client relationships/programs/projects and you serve as the senior point-of-contact promoting organic growth for the 2 - 5 accounts assigned to you. You champion client strategy (independently and in collaboration with our strategy & media department) confidently influencing senior client decision-makers. You leverage your knowledge of business, industry, marketing, and client dynamics to drive progress and performance.

You have a growth mindset: You take an active role in individual and client growth by developing a portfolio account approach – understanding how multiple clients, opportunities, senior contacts, and case studies/experiences influence success. Key Responsibilities:Provide strategic leadership and oversight to the client services team, ensuring seamless execution of client campaigns and initiatives across various verticals. Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers within our client portfolio, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.

Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on cross-selling opportunities, while proactively addressing client needs and challenges. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, account management, and strategy, to ensure effective communication and alignment with client objectives. Develop and implement client retention strategies, fostering long-term partnerships built on trust, transparency, and exceptional service delivery.

Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to continuously enhance our service offerings and maintain a competitive edge. Ensure adherence to agency processes, policies, and quality standards, while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and client-centric service excellence. Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, showcasing thought leadership and building brand recognition.

Qualifications:Master's degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Business Administration, or similar); advanced degree preferred. Proven track record of 5-6 years of progressive experience in client services or account management roles within the advertising/marketing industry, with mandatory exposure to B2B clients. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels, both internally and externally. Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies, industry trends, and client needs. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and deliver effective solutions.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while maintaining attention to detail and quality. Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in client relationship management and project tracking.
