Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager with a strong background in the construction/infrastructure sector. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing tendering processes, and building strong client relationships to achieve company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure industry.
- Manage the complete tendering process, including bid preparation, submission, and follow-up.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and business strategies.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets set by the management.
- Travel as required for client meetings, site visits, and business development activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in the construction/infrastructure industry.
- Strong knowledge of tendering processes and documentation.
- Education: BE/BTech/MBA (Engineering graduation preferred).
- Male candidates preferred, age 27 years and above.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel for business requirements.
