Gurgaon, India (Candidates must be currently based in Gurgaon)

Qualification

Bachelors or Masters degree in a highly analytical field such as:

  • Engineering
  • Mathematics
  • Computer Science

Experience Required

1 to 4 years of relevant experience

Compensation (CTC)

LPA

(Open to candidates currently earning LPA)

Job Responsibilities

As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support for live trading operations, specifically during Asian market hours.
  • Monitoring trading systems and infrastructure to ensure smooth operations with minimal downtime.
  • Proactively identifying and resolving issues to maintain high system performance and availability.
  • Collaborating closely with traders, developers, and operations teams to support and optimize trading workflows.
  • Investigating and resolving trading-related technical issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Contributing to automation and tooling to improve system monitoring and alerting.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong hands-on experience with Python and Shell/Bash scripting.
  • Good understanding of Linux-based systems and command-line tools.
  • Prior experience in DevOps/SRE or technical support roles in fast-paced tech/product companies is preferred.
  • Candidates from companies like PayTM, Zomato, PayU, Pine Labs, etc., are highly desirable.
