Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to drive the development of cutting-edge AI-powered applications. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI agents, training Large Language Models (LLMs), and leading a team in building scalable full-stack applications. Your expertise in OpenAI, JavaScript (ReactJS, MongoDB), cloud infrastructure (GCP), and relational databases (SQL) will be crucial in shaping our AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and AI development.
  • AI & LLM Development: Train and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) using OpenAI and other frameworks to develop AI-powered applications.
  • AI Agent Development: Design and implement AI agents for automation, decision-making, and NLP-based solutions.
  • Full-Stack Development: Build and optimize web applications using ReactJS, MongoDB, or SQL-based relational databases.
  • Cloud & Infrastructure: Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, or Azure for cloud-based deployment and infrastructure management.
  • Database Management: Design efficient database schemas using MongoDB (NoSQL) or SQL-based relational databases for data integrity and performance.
  • Collaboration & Innovation: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise solutions.
  • Code Reviews & Best Practices: Ensure high-quality code through reviews, documentation, and adherence to software development standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in software development with leadership responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ReactJS, ) for building scalable front-end and back-end applications.
  • Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs and fine-tuning LLMs (GPT, BERT, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of AI agent development, prompt engineering, and NLP solutions.
  • Expertise in MongoDB (NoSQL) or SQL-based relational databases.
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as Cloud Functions, Firestore, BigQuery, and AI/ML tools or Azure for cloud-based deployment and infrastructure management.
  • Strong understanding of API development, microservices architecture, and cloud-native applications.
  • Experience in DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead a team in an agile environment.
