Budget : 10,000/month for first 3 months (probation-remote), 25,000/month post-probation -hybrid

We are launching in July and embarking on an exciting 0 to 1 journey. As a small, dynamic team,

we're looking for a Founding Team Engineers who will work directly with the founder to shape

the product and impact real customers from day one.

We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer who can take ownership of building and managing our

product in production. If you love startups, enjoy working on 0-1 product development, and want

to make an impact, this role is for you.

What you will do :-

• Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable web applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, , , MongoDB, and Tailwind CSS
• Integrate and work with AI/LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, and other future models) to power intelligent features in our product.
• Design system architecture and make critical architectural decisions to ensure scalability, security, and high performance.
• Own the end-to-end development lifecycle from design to deployment including writing unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
• Handle production-grade systems, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot bugs in real-time.
• Implement best coding practices to ensure maintainable and ecient code.
• Work in an agile, fast-paced environment, contributing to architectural decisions.

What Were Looking For

• 0-2 years of full-stack development experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, , , MongoDB, and Tailwind CSS.
• Experience in integrating AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini) or willingness to quickly learn and work with LLMs.
• Hands-on experience with building and managing production-level applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a hacker mindset ability to quickly iterate and find solutions.
• CI/CD pipelines, AWS cloud platform, and modern DevOps practices are a must
• A startup mentality comfortable with ambiguity, wearing multiple hats, and moving fast
• Passion for writing clean, tested, and maintainable code.
