Senior Manager

Job Description of the role:

  • Creation of Banking and Capital Market (BCM) quarterly business review decks presented to Presidents, Business Heads & EC members
  • Planning, creating materials & driving BCM heads and business unit meetings & ensuring action items to closure
  • Build board presentations containing the future strategy of the business
  • Provide meaningful insights, proactive analysis & alerts on business health to senior leadership for 'optimal' business decision making
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Business Heads, providing operational support for key decisions, special projects, and company-wide initiatives
  • Ascertaining accuracy of the financial data gathered from multiple sources
  • Objective Key Results formulation, reporting, and tracking for BCM
  • Top-down budget & target setting & implementation of cost saving plans for the business
  • Update and upkeep of strategy document, audits & compliance oversight and tracking the CSAT actions
  • Driving agenda, creating materials with business/FP&A and Track / closure of action items for monthly Business Review Meeting
  • Planning & driving weekly BCM meetings & action items to closure
  • Understand the financials of the service lines and provide proactive analysis & alerts on business health and concern areas
  • Objective Key Results formulation, reporting and tracking for BCM
