Position Overview:

As an HR Recruiter specializing in recruitment, you'll play a crucial role in sourcing top talent for CustomerLabs Inc. Working closely with our teams, you'll understand recruitment needs, devise effective strategies, and execute the recruitment process. Your focus will be on sourcing candidates, making calls, and aligning with our company's mission and values.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create tailored recruitment plans.
- Utilize diverse sourcing channels (job boards, social media, direct sourcing) to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct recruitment calls, manage interviews, and assist the recruitment team.
- Support in evaluating candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Assist in negotiation and offer processes, ensuring fairness and competitiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging recruitment tools.
- Participate in recruitment events and career fairs.
