Must-Have Skills

  • Power BI: 5+ years of experience, DAX, Power Query, data modeling, report publishing
  • Snowflake: Strong SQL skills for querying and transforming data
  • SQL Server: Advanced SQL, stored procedures, views, and integrations
  • Sales Reporting: KPIs like revenue, pipeline, conversion rates, forecasts

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
  • Connect to Snowflake and SQL Server to extract, transform, and load data
  • Create and manage data models, DAX measures, and calculated columns
  • Work closely with business teams to understand sales reporting needs
  • Visualize key sales metrics: targets vs. achievement, pipeline, trends, etc.
  • Perform data validation, ensure accuracy, and resolve anomalies
  • Implement role-level security and manage workspace permissions in Power BI Service
  • Optimize reports for performance, scalability, and usability
  • Document dashboards, logic, and technical specifications
  • Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and sales ops teams for continuous improvements

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
