Role Overview – QA Engineer:

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer with 1–2 years of experience in mechanical quality inspection, ideally from a machine tools or precision manufacturing background. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that the products meet design specifications, industry standards, and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-process and final inspections of machined parts and assemblies
  • Interpret and work with engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical documents
  • Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, vernier calipers, bore gauges, and height gauges
  • Prepare and maintain inspection reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and quality documentation
  • Coordinate with production and design teams for quality feedback and corrective actions
  • Support root cause analysis (RCA) and implementation of corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Participate in internal audits and contribute to continual improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with ISO and internal quality systems

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or quality control
  • Good understanding of manufacturing processes, especially turning and grinding
  • Proficiency in using inspection and metrology tools
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300, ₹600,000.00 per year
