Tele caller - Roles and Responsibilities

  • Make outgoing calls to potential and existing customers to promote Astral Paint products.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and offers to customers clearly and persuasively.
  • Generate and qualify leads by contacting prospects via phone.
  • Follow up on inquiries and leads provided by the marketing or sales team.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up schedules to convert leads into customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing timely information and assistance.
  • Address customer queries and concerns related to product availability, pricing, and order status.
  • Record all customer interactions and details accurately in the CRM system.
  • Assist customers in placing orders over the phone.
  • Coordinate with the sales, logistics, and delivery teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their orders.
  • Collect customer feedback on products and services.
  • Report market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
  • Continuously strive to improve call conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures during calls.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on call outcomes and performance metrics.
