About the Team & Business Line:

As a core member of our Product Development team you will work with dedicated professionals to ensure our clients maintain access to their critical information assets while keeping Citco ahead of industry trends.

Your Role:

As a Cloud DevOps Lead, you will be managing a cross-functional team that will be responsible for designing and implementing re-usable frameworks, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, test automation leveraging modern cloud native designs/patterns and AWS services.

You will be part of a culture of innovation where you'll use AWS services to help team solve business challenges such as rapidly releasing products/services to the market or building an elastic, scalable, cost optimized application. You will have the opportunity to shape and execute a strategy to build knowledge and broaden use of public cloud in a dynamic professional environment.

• Implement end-to-end highly scalable, available and resilient cloud engineering solutions for infrastructure and application components using AWS.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and applications.
• Write infrastructure automation scripts, templates and integrate with DevOps tools.
• Automate smoke test and integrate test automation scripts such as unit tests, integration tests, performance tests into the CI/CD process.
• Troubleshoot AWS environments.
• Manage a team of skilled DevOps Engineers and be able to work well across functions.
• Prioritize and oversee multiple projects in a fast-paced environment by effectively managing time and meet deadlines.
• Serve as a focal point to communicate and resolve interface and integration issues with other teams.
• Create a team environment which promotes trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• At least 7 years in IT or Software Engineering.
• At least 3 years of AWS DevOps experience.
• Working experience in creating and managing the following AWS resources from scratch:
• CloudFormation and IAM
• CodePipeline, CodeBuild and CodeDeploy
• Load Balancers, Auto Scaling, EC2, EFS and ECS Fargate
• Batch and Lambda (Python)
• RDS, DynamoDB and S3
• CloudWatch Logs, Alarms, Metrics and Dashboards
• Working experience in creating Docker images and Jenkins pipelines from scratch.
• Working experience in creating resources from scratch with Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Working experience in Git, Python and Shell scripting.
• Working experience in Kubernetes and EKS.
• Working experience in setting up and troubleshooting AWS production environments.
• Working experience in implementing end-to-end CI/CD Delivery pipelines.
• Must be self-motivated and driven to motivate a team to succeed.
  Strong documentation skills and ability to train and mentor team members.
