Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Support Consultant to join our team for a long-term support project. The ideal candidate will bring a balanced skill set, with 50% focus on technical aspects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and 50% expertise in system integration using Microsoft Azure services.

This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience with Dynamics customizations, and the ability to manage integrations and data flows between Dynamics and other systems using Azure technologies.

Key Responsibilities:


• Provide L2/L3 support for Microsoft Dynamics applications.


• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to customizations, plugins, workflows, and performance.


• Maintain and monitor integration flows between Dynamics and third-party systems using Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Functions, etc.).


• Collaborate with functional teams to understand issues and deliver timely resolutions.


• Handle deployment and maintenance of integrations.


• Monitor system health and perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.


• Ensure SLAs and support KPIs are met.


• Participate in change management and release cycles as required.

Required Skills:

Microsoft Dynamics (50%)


• 3+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE or F&O


• Hands-on with customizations: Plugins, JavaScript, Power Automate, Workflows, Custom Entities


• Good understanding of Dataverse/CDS and Power Platform


• Ability to debug and troubleshoot issues efficiently


• Familiarity with Dynamics SDK and tools

Azure Integration (50%)


• Strong knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, and Azure Functions


• Experience with integrating Dynamics with other internal/external systems using Azure


• Understanding of OAuth, Azure AD, and secure API access


• Ability to design and monitor integration workflows


• Experience with error handling and logging mechanisms

Nice to Have:


• Knowledge of Power BI, Azure DevOps, or CI/CD pipelines


• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 FO or SCM modules


• Experience in support project environments (ticketing systems, SLA management)
