Food preparation and menu planning

  • Plan and design menus.
  • Create and develop new recipes.
  • Prepare and cook menu items, ensuring high-quality and aesthetic presentation.
  • Inspect and select fresh ingredients.

Kitchen and staff management

  • Oversee and delegate tasks to kitchen staff.
  • Recruit, interview, and train new kitchen employees.
  • Manage staff schedules and work with human resources.
  • Monitor kitchen operations to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.

Financial and inventory management

  • Manage food costs and minimize waste.
  • Control inventory and order supplies from vendors.
  • Maintain accurate records for budgeting and purchasing.

Health, safety, and compliance

  • Ensure compliance with health codes and sanitation regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and with equipment.
  • Inspect equipment and work areas to ensure they are functional and clean.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹28,000.00 per month
