Third Part Risk Management analyst-TPRM

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Third Party Risk Management Professional to lead our Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive TPRM program that identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks associated with third-party vendors and service providers. This role will involve working closely with senior stakeholders, including business unit leaders, risk management, and compliance teams to ensure that third-party risks are properly managed and mitigated.

Key Responsibilities:

1. TPRM Program Development: Develop and maintain a comprehensive TPRM program that aligns with the organization's risk management framework and regulatory requirements.
2. Risk Assessment: Conduct complex risk assessments of third-party vendors and service providers to identify potential risks, including financial, operational, reputational, and compliance risks.
3. Risk Mitigation: Develop and implement risk mitigation plans to address identified risks, including negotiating contract terms, conducting due diligence, and implementing controls to minimize risk.
4. Vendor Management: Collaborate with business units to develop and maintain vendor management plans, including contract management, performance monitoring, and issue escalation.
5. Compliance: Ensure that third-party vendors and service providers comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including data protection, anti-money laundering, and anti-bribery laws.
6. Reporting: Prepare and present reports to senior management and other stakeholders on TPRM activities, including risk assessments, mitigation plans, and vendor performance.
7. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the TPRM program.
8. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including business unit leaders, risk management, and compliance teams to ensure that third-party risks are properly managed and mitigated.
9. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of TPRM professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure the team's success.
10. Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry standards, including OCC, FRB, and FFIEC guidelines, and ensure that the TPRM program is compliant with these requirements.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field. Advanced degree or certification (e.g., MBA, CRMP, CTPRP) is preferred.
2. Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in third-party risk management, risk management, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
