Job Role : Sr. ServiceNow Developer.

Required Skills : ServiceNow IRM / TPRM / GRC, Architect, Implementation.

Experience Range : 5+ Years

Location : PAN India

Notice Period : 0 - 60 Days


Sr. ServiceNow IRM/TPRM Developer will be responsible for end to end implementation and configuration of ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) modules using Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) capabilities with minimal customization. This role involves leading design workshops, configuring platform elements, integrating with third-party systems and mentoring junior team members.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement OOB ServiceNow IRM and TPRM solutions
  • Setup and manage:
  • Authority Documents, Citations, Policies, Control Objectives
  • Risk Frameworks, Risk Statements, Entity Mappings
  • Policy Exceptions and Risk Assessments
  • Build and configure:
  • Assignment groups, User Roles, Escalation paths
  • SLAs, Access Controls, Categories/Subcategories
  • Implement up to 4 integrations (REST/SOAP API based – 2 for IRM, 2 for TPRM)
  • Develop custom reports and dashboards for compliance and risk metrics


Primary Skills (Must-Have):

  • Expert-level ServiceNow GRC / IRM / TPRM module implementation
  • Strong knowledge of risk frameworks
  • Experience with OOB Policy & Compliance and Risk applications
  • ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts)
  • Flow Designer, ACLs, UI Policies, Notifications
  • Integration skills using REST/SOAP, MID Server configurations
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Experience 5+ years. PAN INDIA
