Urban Acres is seeking a smart, confident, and communication-strong Sales & Marketing Executive who can effectively engage with clients, developers, channel partners, and industry stakeholders. The role involves a mix of real estate communication, media coordination, and business development support across our platforms — including magazines, events, interviews, and real estate marketing assignments.
The ideal candidate is fluent in English, quick in communication, and maintains a professional and people-friendly attitude at all times.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Communication & Coordination
- Handle client conversations through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online meetings with clarity and confidence.
- Prepare and share proposals, presentations, and marketing materials promptly and professionally.
- Schedule and coordinate Google Meet / Zoom meetings, interviews, and project discussions.
Sales & Lead Management
- Connect with developers, channel partners, and corporate clients for sales opportunities across Urban Acres verticals.
- Follow up with leads, understand client requirements, and support the closing process.
- Maintain updated records of leads, meetings, sales performance, and progress reports.
Marketing & Branding Support
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns for magazines, events, interviews, and real estate assignments.
- Collect content, data, and information required for features, promotions, and collaborations.
- Coordinate with the internal creative team for timely delivery of marketing assets.
Event & Project Assistance
- Support Urban Acres' events, interviews, talk shows, and brand activities by coordinating with speakers, partners, and clients.
- Assist in ground-level activities such as venue coordination, guest management, and material preparation, when required.
Professional Behaviour & Client Handling
- Represent Urban Acres with politeness, professionalism, and strong communication etiquette.
- Build and maintain healthy relationships with clients and partners in the real estate and built environment ecosystem.
- Ensure timely responses, quick turnaround, and a solution-driven approach.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong command over spoken and written English.
- Excellent email writing skills and ability to draft professional communication quickly.
- Confident handling online meetings and coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
- People-friendly personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of real estate, branding, and media is preferred (training will be provided).
- Ability to multitask, stay organised, and meet timelines independently.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, client servicing, or business development is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹35,306.52 per month
