Your role in our mission

Gainwell's innovative, purpose-built technologies and solutions could begin with you in this challenging position.

  • Design and deliver complex, comprehensive product-based business solutions at the enterprise level using customized methodology and work products
  • Lead or monitor the product implementation process; ensure that the solution is sound, appropriate and cost-justified, that components integrate properly and that we address the domains of change within the scope of the solution
  • Demonstrate your expertise by providing the client with strategic product advice on deploying business productivity, system-to-system and end-user applications
  • Be a knowledge expert in emerging technologies that are new to Gainwell, our clients and the IT field
  • Stimulate high performance by managing and motivating a team of product development experts to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality products to clients
What we're looking for
  • Experience working with client enterprise products, services and strategies; technical products, vendors, families of technologies; and product configurations, with 3 or more years of health and human services experience preferred
  • Expertise in of technology architecture, the product development life cycle, cloud technologies, software as a service, and product and platform configurations
  • Expert using and manipulating relational databases, event subscription-based communication, and software development skills between modules
  • An effective leader who can supervise teams and motivate individual contributors
  • Strong executive presence to communicate technical ideas clearly to team members and client leaders
