Role & responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.
  • Define and manage the Salesforce roadmap, strategy, and architecture.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Ensure alignment of Salesforce capabilities with business strategies.

Technical Delivery

  • Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
  • Oversee end-to-end Salesforce project delivery including development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Perform code reviews and enforce best practices in development and documentation.
  • Manage data migration and maintain data integrity using Salesforce data tools.

Governance & Optimization

  • Develop and enforce Salesforce governance policies and best practices.
  • Conduct regular system audits and prepare for platform upgrades.
  • Ensure platform stability, performance, and security compliance.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and leverage new features for business benefit.
