  • Ensure compliance with GMP, cGMP, and regulatory standards in procurement activities.
  • Prepare and maintain purchase orders, contracts, and documentation in ERP/SAP systems.
  • Follow-up with vendors for timely delivery and resolve supply-related issues.
  • Support cost optimization initiatives while ensuring uninterrupted plant operations.
  • Maintain records of supplier performance and conduct periodic vendor audits.
