Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Reel Creator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling and creating reels in a fast-paced factory environment. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work efficiently on an assembly line, ensuring high-quality production standards are met.

Duties

  • Operate and maintain various hand tools and power tools used in the assembly of reels.
  • Assemble components on the production line, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
  • Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Assist in inventory management within the warehouse, including the use of forklifts when necessary.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise during the manufacturing process.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques is highly desirable.
  • Mechanical knowledge, including the ability to understand machinery and equipment operation.
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and forklifts is a plus.
