Job Description
Job Title: Depository Participant
Role: We are currently seeking a proficient Depository Participant Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of share transactions and account management.
Responsibilities:
Core:
Pay-in and Pay-out of Shares: Utilize Soham Software to accurately process pay-ins and pay-outs of shares.
Account Opening: Assist clients in completing account opening procedures.
Preparation of KYC: Prepare KYC documents for different categories of investors, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Verify and update client information as necessary to maintain accurate records.
Uploading and Downloading of Client KYC: Coordinate account closing procedures with clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
Cover:
Dematerialization of Physical Shares: Facilitate the dematerialization process for physical shares, adhering to depository guidelines and procedures.
Preparation of Billing: Generate billing statements for clients based on transactional activities and service charges.
