We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Executive to join our growing team. The role involves handling international clients, generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Candidates must be comfortable working in a night shift and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, generate, and close sales opportunities in international markets .
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and follow-ups to generate leads.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in International Sales / BPO / IT / Telecom / Service industry (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Comfortable with night shift timings and international client interactions.
  • Graduation in any field (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).

Salary: 18k to 25k + Incentive

Shift: Night Shift (5 days working )
