Competencies

Technical

Expertise with proficiency in various modalities of Laser, like – Diode, Max

pro tip, ND- Yag, Carbon peel, IPL, Derma Frac and tattoo removal.

Client

Interaction enabled with excellent communication skills for advising and

consulting with clients.

3.

Sales

Acumen to soft sell and upgrade to various dermatological treatments.

4.

Attention

to Detail, to maintain high standards of hygiene & personal appearance.

Organizational

Skills allowing efficient management of appointments & service records.

Job Responsibilities

Perform LHR

services

1. Analyse

skin and explain LHR , results and service (know contraindications and

various outcomes).

2. Execute

LHR packages and upgrade clients

Client

Consultation and Sales

1.

Provide

skincare advice to the client in detail after LHR or any other laser service.

Hygiene

and Maintenance

1.

Sterilize

and maintain hygiene Laser machine and handle with responsibility.

Client

Referrals

1.

Recognize

and refer clients with skin/hair issues to the appropriate experts.

Administrative

Tasks

1.

Schedule

appointments, maintain beauty records, and generate required reports.

2.

To perform outdoor duties from time to time

as and when required.

1. Attend

staff and training meetings, upgrade skills, and multitask as needed.

Experience and Education

Basic Training in Beauty &
