Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealership Engagement:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with dealership point managers across Karnataka.

  • Drive marketing initiatives and finance tie-ups to increase vehicle loan penetration.

  • Broker Network Development:

  • Identify and connect with local brokers dealing in old commercial and heavy-duty vehicles.

  • Maintain regular contact and foster long-term relationships to generate business leads.

  • Sales Execution:

  • Achieve monthly sales targets for commercial and heavy-duty vehicle loans.

  • Educate dealers and brokers about PSN Finances offerings, terms, and benefits.

  • Market Intelligence:

  • Stay updated with competitor offerings and market trends.

  • Provide regular feedback to the internal team to refine strategies.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of field sales experience in the commercial vehicle or heavy-duty equipment finance sector.

  • Language Proficiency:

  • Fluent in Kannada (mandatory).

  • Working knowledge of English or Hindi is an advantage.

  • Skills:

  • Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.

  • Good negotiation and communication skills.

  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently across a large territory.

  • Location Flexibility:

  • Willing to travel extensively within Karnataka.
