Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our Sales and Business Development team. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client acquisition, market research, and sales strategy implementation. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has strong communication skills, and a keen interest in business development.
Key Learnings:
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential clients, industries, and market trends.
- Lead Generation: Lead generation through various channels such as online research, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Client Outreach: Support the team in contacting potential clients via email, phone calls, and social media to introduce our products/services and set up meetings.
- Sales Support: Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and other documents for client meetings.
- Data Management: Maintain and update the client database with accurate and relevant information.
- Reporting: Track and report on the progress of client acquisition efforts, providing insights and suggestions for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align client acquisition strategies and campaigns.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks to support the Client Acquisition team as needed.
Qualifications:
Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Management, or any relevant field.
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM software and social media platforms is a plus.
