Assistant manager Logistic

Job Description:
Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.
Monitor inbound and outbound deliveries, space utilization and identify improvements as per warehouse capacity.
Manage day to day inventory operations and take actions as per regional governance.
Load planning for each container and trucks. Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
- Logistics partner on boarding, rate finalization, contract
- Keep track with transporters for the material received & delivered on time.
- To check the physical inventory of FG store on a daily or weekly basis & ensure to correct figure matching with SAP.
- Making DC/ invoice/ GRN/ Rejection note.
- Prepare monthly consumption report and MIS of FG-store on daily and monthly basis.
- Overall function of FG-Store as well as in including storage, preservation, control
- Identify all the materials by location wise.
- Daily Maintained of Stock Sheet, Updating of Records.
- Prepare layout for each item being avoided minimum handing of materials.
- TO get involved in Quality Circle, KAIZEN & suggestion schemes. Continue working on cost reduction projects.
- To check all the parameters as per checklist before dispatch.
- Dispatch the LR copy & Invoice to customer & track the record maintain in system.
- Track all the dispatch detail & inform to customer as per quarry.
- Check all transport bills related to Dispatch.
- Achieving monthly targets of billing and dispatch of finished goods to all customers.
