We are looking for a proactive and creative
Content & Growth Marketing Associate
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple areas of marketing, including digital campaigns, influencer marketing, content creation, social media management, and brand communications. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Strengthen ToolJet's discoverability across AI ecosystems and LLM-generated content
• Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Manage and grow ToolJet's presence across social media and other digital communities
• Drive Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Geo-targeted marketing (GEO) initiatives
• Support influencer marketing initiatives, identifying, engaging, and collaborating with relevant creators to improve reach and engagement
• Conduct ongoing research on AI tools, emerging marketing trends, and competitor activities
• Collaborate with the product, design, and growth teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across campaigns
• Leverage AI-powered marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, , HubSpot AI, Notion AI) for content ideation, automation, and optimization
• Manage analytics and tracking through GA4, GTM, GSC, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to measure and improve campaign performance
• Experiment with new marketing channels and formats, using A/B testing and data-driven insights to optimize conversions and ROI
• Prepare reports and actionable insights for leadership to guide strategy
• Support CRM management and marketing automation workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in a marketing or growth-oriented role
• Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including campaign management, analytics, and brand positioning
• Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency (or ability to quickly learn) the following tools:
• AI tools: ChatGPT, Jasper, , HubSpot AI, Notion AI
• Analytics and tracking: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Search Console (GSC), Hotjar
• Advertising: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Reddit Ads
• CRM and automation: HubSpot, , ZoomInfo
• High energy and self-driven approach with a strong sense of ownership
• Awareness of current trends and emerging tools in AI and tech
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Curiosity for startups and innovation, prior experience building or contributing to projects independently is a plus
• Preference for individuals who actively read, learn, and stay informed about marketing and technology trends
