We are looking for a dedicated BPO Tele-sales Executives with expertise in Any Outbound Telesales experience to join Motor Insurance Sales sector which gives immense Incentives and future growth. Join our team at iLeads Auxiliary Services Pvt Ltd in Gurgaon, located at Sector 19 Gurgaon. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to potential audiences, and following up with current customers to maintain strong relationships. The position offers ₹17,000 - ₹19,000 as fixed salary and incentive ranging from 5,000 to 20,000 every month along with a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers over the phone to introduce products/services and generate sales.
- Follow a provided script while tailoring the conversation based on customer needs to close sales.
- Document customer details, purchase history, reactions, and feedback for future reference.
- Build good connections with customers, listen, and address their questions to maximize engagement.
- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets while maintaining call quality and compliance standards.
- Create a report on customer preferences, trends, and sales obstacles to enhance future sales strategies.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have years of experience in customer service or a telecaller role. You will be responsible for assisting customers with best insurance plan for their vehicle.
This position requires 12th Pass, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days working during the Day shift.
