Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Assistant located in Bengaluru. The Store Assistant will manage day-to-day retail operations, ensure customer satisfaction, assist in inventory management, help organize the store layout, and support training initiatives. The individual will also work closely with the team to maintain a well-organized and customer-friendly environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Retail sales experience and proficiency in organizational skills
  • Capability to assist in training and development activities
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean store environment
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management is a plus
  • Prior experience in a retail or customer-facing role is advantageous
