Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Team Specialist-5 for our Accounting and Finance division, based in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will be responsible for providing analytical support, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring compliance with reporting standards. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing financial data, supporting customer service inquiries, providing training to team members, and assisting with departmental projects as needed. You will also take an active role in guiding and mentoring the team to achieve departmental goals.

  • Customer Service expertise to address and resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
  • Experience in Training and building team competency to enhance overall performance.

  • Detail-oriented with proficiency in financial tools and software.
  • Relevant educational qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • Prior experience in the accounting and finance domain is a plus.
