We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Mechanical Engineer with solid experience in procurement, inspection, maintenance follow-ups, and documentation to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement activities for mechanical equipment and materials, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing.
  • Supervise daily and monthly inspections of mechanical systems and components to verify compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Coordinate and follow up on maintenance activities to ensure timely execution and minimize downtime.
  • Prepare, maintain, and organize detailed documentation including inspection reports, maintenance records, and procurement files.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including vendors, contractors, and maintenance staff to support operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies throughout all tasks.

Qualifications
:

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer with hands-on knowledge of procurement processes and mechanical inspections.
  • Minimum 2 years of industrial experience.
  • Strong background in coordinating maintenance activities and follow-up.
  • Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
  • 2-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering
  • Must be located in commutable distance to Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
