Job Overview

We are on the hunt for an innovative and seasoned Performance Marketing to elevate our clients' digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a forward-thinking professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about leveraging data-driven insights to optimize digital performance. The successful candidate will consult with clients, manage digital channels, provide technical development support, and spearhead client communication and strategy for both Indian and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Provide expert consultation on performance marketing strategies, focusing on lead generation, D2C e-commerce sales, SEO, social media marketing, and marketplace growth to maximize clients' digital footprints.
• E-commerce Marketplace Management: Develop and execute strategies for online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, and others, including listing optimization, advertising, and performance analysis.
• Technical Development: Offer comprehensive technical development support, including Shopify setups, WhatsApp automations, and Zapier integrations, to streamline clients' digital operations.
• Data Analysis & Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of performance data, generating actionable insights and recommendations to enhance digital marketing efforts.
• Ad Account Management: Oversee and optimize ad accounts across various platforms, ensuring campaigns are effective and aligned with clients' goals.
• SEO & Digital Channel Management: Manage SEO and other digital channels, continuously monitoring and improving their performance to achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Client Servicing & Communication: Maintain robust client relationships through regular updates, strategic advice, and excellent communication, ensuring clients are fully supported and informed.
• Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to develop and implement tailored digital marketing strategies that drive success and align with their business objectives.
• Industry Trends & Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technological advancements, integrating new strategies and tools to keep clients ahead of the curve.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a related discipline.
• Digital Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in managing and optimizing ad accounts and SEO, with a solid understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Shopify, WhatsApp automations, and Zapier.
• Marketplace Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, and similar platforms, including listing management, ad campaigns, and performance tracking.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with a talent for interpreting data and transforming it into actionable business strategies.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building and maintaining client relationships.
• Adaptability: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote/hybrid environment, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
