Now, we're looking for a Graphic Designer who can translate ideas into visuals that stand out, elevate brand storytelling, and push the boundaries of design across digital and traditional platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies for client brands across platforms
  • Plan and manage content calendars tailored to diverse industries.
  • Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, blogs) that align with each client's brand identity.
  • Monitor trends, competitor activities, and industry updates to keep campaigns fresh and innovative.
  • Run and optimize paid campaigns to achieve client objectives (reach, engagement, conversions).
  • Track performance metrics and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Manage community engagement — responding to comments, messages, and building brand communities.
  • Collaborate with internal design, content, and strategy teams to deliver campaigns on time.
  • Build and maintain influencer/partner collaborations where relevant.

Preferred Background:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in agency, production, or startup environments.
  • Experience working on brand campaigns and digital-first content.
  • Strong knowledge of major social platforms and their algorithms.
  • Excellent content writing and creative storytelling skills.
  • Basic design/video editing skills.
  • Experience with paid ads.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
