Personal Assistant to MD

Core responsibilities
- Schedule and calendar management: Manage and maintain the MD's schedule, plan appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring no conflicts and optimizing time.
- Communication and correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls. Read, research, and route correspondence to the appropriate people and draft letters and documents.
- Travel arrangements: Organize all aspects of travel, including booking flights and hotels, creating itineraries, and managing visas.
- Meeting and event coordination: Prepare for meetings by booking venues, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
- Document and report preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents by transcribing, formatting, editing, and retrieving information.
- Administrative support: Perform general administrative tasks, such as maintaining contact lists, managing files, ordering supplies, and handling basic bookkeeping.
- Liaison and coordination: Act as a gatekeeper and a key point of contact between the MD and other employees, clients, and external partners.
Key skills and qualifications
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong organizational and time-management skills, discretion, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant office software.
- Personal Attributes: Professional demeanor, a proactive approach, trustworthiness, and the ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
