Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled and 12 to 15 years of experience in Power BI Expert with a strong background in data analysis to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that transform complex data into actionable insights. This role requires a deep understanding of data modeling, data visualization, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to meet their reporting and analytical needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experienced professional with 12+ years of experience
• Proven experience as a Power BI Expert and Data Analyst.
• Expertise in Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, and M language.
• Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Excellent data modeling and data visualization skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical concepts.
• Experience with other BI tools and data platforms is a plus (e.g., Tableau, SQL Server, Azure Synapse Analytics).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Power BI certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate).
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and star/snowflake schemas.

Job responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Power BI Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive and insightful Power BI dashboards and reports.
Data Analysis: Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and provide data-driven recommendations.

Data Modeling: Create and optimize data models to ensure data accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

ETL Processes: Develop and manage ETL processes to extract data from various sources (SQL, Excel, web services, etc.), transform it, and load it into data warehouses.

Collaboration: Work closely with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Report Automation: Automate reports and dashboards to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.

Data Governance: Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all reporting solutions.

Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively use Power BI reports and dashboards.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact directly and effectively with business stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
