Job Title - Inside Sales Specialist (ERP)

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound leads through discovery calls; assess ERP fit, needs, budgets, and decision structures.
  • Advance qualified opportunities to Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) and ensure smooth handovers to sales.
  • Execute strategic outbound outreach via calls and emails targeting C-levels, IT heads, and business leaders.
  • Develop vertical-specific outreach strategies and achieve outreach KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked).
  • Manage structured follow-ups on all MQLs using multi-channel cadences to minimize drop-offs.
  • Track SAL-to-SQL progression and provide sales with context-rich handoffs.
  • Identify funnel gaps and collaborate with marketing to optimize conversions.
  • Maintain accurate lead data and interactions in HubSpot CRM.
  • Deliver weekly performance reports and highlight insights for future campaigns.
  • Act as a bridge between marketing and sales; share field intelligence and feedback.
  • Contribute to sales enablement materials, process improvements, and revenue goals.

Key Requirements

  • 4–5 years of inside sales or sales development experience, preferably in ERP or enterprise tech solutions.
  • Demonstrated success engaging senior decision-makers (CIO, CFO, CTO, Heads of Ops).
  • Strong grasp of enterprise sales cycles with long, complex conversions.
  • Skilled in cold calling, consultative discovery, objection handling, and complex qualification.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) with structured, data-driven workflows.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and questioning skills; able to tailor conversations effectively.
  • Self-motivated, process-oriented, and collaborative with cross-functional teams.
